When applying your Royal Eye Candy lashes, it would be wise to have a clean oil free lash line to provide a good base for longer and stronger eyelash application. Do not apply mascara to fur eyelashes, this will diminish the quality and look of your lashes, as well as lower reuse ability. If you absolutely must use mascara apply it only to your natural eyelashes.
Gently pull your eyelashes from their tray either with tweezers, a lash applicator or your fingertips. Only handle your lashes from the lash band, do not pull or tug on the fur.
Measure the lashes against your natural lash line to ensure a proper fit If a trim is needed, trim from the outer corner of the lash band.
Once your measurements are successful, you are ready to apply your
adhesive. You should follow the instructions of your glue of choice. Only apply adhesive to the lash band, avoiding the individual strands of hair.
Adhere and Secure
Once your adhesive becomes tacky, you are ready to apply your lashes to your lash line. Apply the lashes to the base of your natural lash line and hold in place for a few seconds, allowing it to dry and adhere. When lashes are secure you may use an eyelash curler if needed.
After you’ve worn your lashes and are ready to take them off, you may use a damp cotton swab with either water or oil-free makeup remover to loosen the bond of the glue. Gently pull lashes off by the lash band, if you feel any resistance, further dampen the lash strip to help loosen the remainder of the glue.
Once lashes are removed, you should also remove any remaining glue that may still be on the lash band. Refrain from washing/wetting your lashes as this may disfigure the pattern of the hair strands and also cause the fur to clump together when dry. You may use a clean dry mascara brush to keep them neat. Return the pair to their keepsake box and save them for the next occasion and enjoy!
